Dr. Richard W. Bunch, Ph.D., P.T., C.B.E.S.
A neuroscientist, licensed physical therapist, and ergonomic specialis,t with over 40 years of experience, Dr. Bunch is a Clinical Associate Professor at Tulane University Medical Center's Department of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, where he conducts seminars in ergonomics.
Dr. Bunch is also the founder and CEO of Industrial Safety & Rehabilitation (ISR) Institute, Inc, an organization that offers training and consulting in the fields of ergonomics and wellness. He is also the founder of WorkSaver Employee Testing Systems (WorkSaver) which offers ergonomic job demands validations, creation of functional job descriptions, and ADA and EEOC compliant Physical Ability Tests (PATs) to industries nationally via a large network of WorkSaver certified clinics.
Dr. Bunch developed the ergo-wellness credentialing CBES® course to address an holistic ergonomic approach integrating evidence-based ergonomics with the promotion of behavioral compliance and wellness interventions.
